Botanical Name: 
Salix babylonica

A native to China.  A very graceful, refined tree with a short, stout trunk and a broad, rounded crown of weeping branches which sweep the ground.  Leaves are alternate, simple, lanceolate to linear-lanceolate, 3" to 6" long, 1/2" to 3/4" wide, light green above, grayish green beneath. With ample water, it has a fast growth rate, but is subject to pests.
