Botanical Name: 
Cedrus deodara

Native to the Himalayas, it is a graceful, dense, and soft textured pyramidal tree with drooping branches. The needles are the longest of any cedar, 1 1/2" to 2" in length. Light blue to grayish green, sometimes silvery in color. Cones are solitary to two together on short branchlets, ovoid or oblong ovoid, 3" to 4" long, 2" broad. The most graceful of cedars, especially in youth.  Medium to fast growth rate.
