Botanical Name: 
Perovskia atriplicifolia

Native to Western and Central Asia. A long lived, woody-based deciduous shrub with many upright stems. Leaves gray-green, finely cut, 2" to 3" long, 1/2" to 3 /4" wide, aromatic. In summer produces tall sprays of lavender-blue blooms. Removing spent flower spikes is recomended to curb its invasiveness. Prune back hard in winter for new seasons growth. Very drought tolerant.
