Berberis x gladwynensis 'William Penn'

A dwarf, spreading, evergreen with arching, spiney branches. Leaves are dark green, alternate, simple, obovate to oblong, 1/2" to 1 1/4" long, 1/4" to 1/2" wide. Profusion of yellow blooms in summer, followed by bronze-red foliage color in autumn. Good for an evergreen hedge or a natural barrier. Fast growth rate.
