Botanical Name: 
Euphorbia rigida

Native of Europe, northwest Africa, and Mediterranean region. A clumping evergreen perennial with long arching stems. Leaves are gray, oblong to oval, pointed, 1 1/4" to 3" long. Blooms are terminal heads of chartreuse to yellow flowers with cup-shaped bracts. Has an erect growth habit and contrast well with pretty much anything in your garden. Very interesting with it's striking sillouette. Very drought tolerant.
